LIVE ACTION CINEMATOGRAPHY
In April of 2026, I visited Japan with my family and took many photos and video’s on my Mum’s old digital camera! Through these recordings, I wanted to explore the nostalgic feeling of the pre social media era and aesthetic of the 2000s. I further pushed this idealogy through the colour grading and effects on the videos, leading to a nostalgic yet modern feel in the final edit.
